The Alli Diet Pill?

Question:
I am not quite obese, just want to loze a couple lbs before I get married, my question is do you have to take a Alli pill everytime you eat? or maybe just at some meals? And how bad is the discharge even if you eat healthy? Ive been to the website and I understand how it works, but I would like to hear real testimonies from people, thank you so much!

Answer:
You certainly don't have to take the Alli Capsule with every meal. Basically, you are supposed to take the pill so it will attach to 25% of the fatty acids you consume for THAT MEAL. So, if you have an "important function" and don't want to risk any embarrassment... go ahead and skip the capsule for that day if that's what you're asking.

While I'm not a physician or expert, from my experience I would say the side effects will vary from person to person based on metabolism/diet. If you eat fairly healthy, you shouldn't see too much of a problem. And when you DO eat unhealthy, the "side effects" can serve to help get you "back on track"... they are a nice little reminder!

They're doing an Consumer Review where people can submit their experience using Alli and they're going to begin collecting honest testimonials from people using the diet. Just tracked down the link:

You can purchase the pill on the site and then share your experience so hopefully we'll have something honest results to go off pretty soon. Let us know!
Never take diet pills! Do some exercise, if you want to lose a couple of pounds 6 weeks of 25-30 minutes a day exercise with balanced meals should do. It means the occasional burger is ok. Follow the pyramid and eat about 1500 cal per day. Youll be surprised how this works out.
I have no testimonials but as a pharmacist I can tell you that you just need it when you eat greasy, fatty meals, if not you will be wasting you money, because if you undestand how it works, the only thing that it does is to prevent the fat to get absorbed. So, when you eat those candies, cakes, chocolate and pizza because your very stress for the wedding, take you pill, not with you healthy full of vegetables and fruit meals. Good luck, hope that it helps!
i've been using alli for about a week and haven't had any discharge. if you follow the recommendation of eating 15 grams of fat, or less, at each meal, you shouldn't have a problem with side effects. it's recommended that you take the pill at every meal that contains fat, but not more than 3 times a day. hope this helped =]

I am doing the same thing. trying to lose a couple lbs before my wedding.

I have been taking Alli for a few weeks and have lost 6 pounds... despite the fact I have been stress eating!

I don't take them when I am eating healthy (like with fruits, veggies, chicken & fish). They are designed to block fat... if you don't eat fat there isn't anything for the pills to do.

I take them when I eat foods that I know have fat in them (cheeses, red meat, pizza, etc).

It's not a magic pill... but it really does block the fat... which is when the "treatment" effects occur... just don't pig out on fats and you should be ok!

Good luck :)
