u shouldn't use diet pills they r bad for u just eat good foods and exercise for 2hrs. a day!! that will lose about 10 ibs. well at least for me anyways!!

Do a no carb diet!! It's the best way to lose weight fast, when your body is in ketosis you burn all your stored fast very rapidly. Read up on it...I'm do it to lose weight for my wedding.
The only true way to lose weight is by changing your eating habits and doing lots of exercise. Be patient with the result, because your weight did not come on over night, so it will not fall off over night.

diet pills may work in the beginning but once you stop you will eventally gain the weight plus more. It's better to exercise and eat healthy. There is one diet pill that's getting all the praise. It's Hoodia gordonii it's an african catus that tricks the brain into thinking your full. I've seen my friend lose 25 pounds with it. Good luck
Don't do diet pills. Eat healthy and excercise...For a jump start, try the south beach diet for two weeks..you should lose about 7 lbs
don't use pills, work for it. even after you loose the weight most likely your going to gain all of it back. you got to change your whole lifestyle
Yuo can try exercising in the morning or early evening(i'd recommend morning). Do NOT run when it's hot out. even if you have wateer you will dehydrate to fast and then you will feel tired all day. Bring a cold water bottle with you can run maybe 1-2 miles (depending on how much you can run) don't overwork yourself. Stop and catch your breath and stop to sit for a minute.eat healthy foods. No soda or candy or really fattening foods. Smoothies work great. Also, lean towards lighter meats because they have less fat content than red meat. Don't eat alot or carbs ex: bread, rools, etc. Just get on a schedule and stick to it. If you don't want to run in your neighboorhood or want more than running, then go to your local gym and use the weights, treadmill etc. Give it time and DO NOT use diet pills. They totally mess up your body.my personal trainer told me all this stuff 4 me to do and it worked. good luck!

yes they do but they will make you do things you wouldnt normally do .they make you do it then think. which is crazy in some ways. think before you do and you might see there is really no need or it.
Diet Pills are not really that great. This is what worked for me. My Dr. recommened The Medifast Diet. It is Soy Protein. It teaches you to eat 5-6 small meals a day every 2-3 hours to speed up your metabolism. You will lose weight quickly with very little exercise. I have lost 33 lbs. so far.
