Other than Alli (the only fda approved diet pill so far) the only substances which will actually help you to lose weight are not officially diet pills. They are egcg, capsaicin, large amounts of calcium (really!), and monounsaturated fat. They don't do much too help you loose weight faster, but if you take them faithfully, you will have a lower final weight. Let me explain. A person who eats only 1,950 calories a day and is relatively active should weigh about 130plbs. If a diet pill is somehow able to cancel out 300 calories a day, than they will eventually weigh twenty plbs. less without dieting at all, but they will lose it very, very, very slowly. Try a green tea pill with 90mg of green tea and a small amount of caffeine, 3xs daily. Plus 600mg calcium 3 xs daily, and a capsaicin pill (I'm not sure exactly how much capsaicin is necessary, but any pill will contain plenty) Also eat about 1 tbs. of olive oil a day in your food.

Hey there! I followed a diet programme few years back to get myself in shape. So i ate 3 different pills (for 1 programme) for breakfast, lunch and dinner. What they do was detecting what kind of fat you are; meat-fat, water-fat etc.. you have to follow a very strict eating habit (i.e no cold water, just a little bit of rice, no red meat, no chicken, no fastfood, the list goes on). If you ate one of those or crossed the restricted diet, you'll poop big time!! could be anywhere or anytime. For a month on it, i drastically lose weight. then i stopped. I was lazy and too tempted with different food for i was relocated from asia to europe for a year.
Back in Asia, there are alot of such things, made originnally from herbs. and there is also this tea product that you drink everyday after breakfast and lunch and what it does?? it'll make you poop nth time a day if there are too many toxic in your body. It cleans your body.
Then, after that, i made a conclusion not to eat/drink any pills or anything like that to lose weight...i chose to go to the gym. for a month,..yes i changed. i lose weight with the help of proper eating habit. but i couldnt stand gym after that..it was too tiring. Then, i switch to drinking this nutritious product called Herbal life. and it is damn good! The only thing that could make you lose weight is by not eating food (sorry, not to ask ppl the next nicole richie) but thats just the fact. HOWEVER, THAT IS VERY HARMFUL! So, what HErbal life does is that it gives you proper nutritions for your body and hold your stomach to not feeling hungry and it gives you energy. You can eat anything you want-- anything at all. it will determine how much can you take and when you reach the limit, you'll easily feel full and stop eating..im losing weight and i have a friend that loses 26kg in 4 months. it does much better to exercise when youre taking it too..all the best!
