What are the best diet pills??

I am 5'5" and I weigh 138lbs I want to lose 18lbs by Labor Day weekend bc we are going out of town and i need to tone up also..I go to the gym maybe 3-4 times a week and i have tried to eat better but its really hard for me to let go of the fast food..I dont really think that i am big but i would like to be weigh120-125 is that a good weight for a 25yrs old female? I want to start taking diet pills to help me lose weight along with giving me energy at the gym...please help

If you can't give up the fast food then you shouldn't be taking diet pills because after you stop taking the pills you will put on the weight again and most likely weigh more than you do now after a few months. Keep exercising like you are because that is key to losing weight and looking toned like you want. If you are going for fast food and getting things like fried chicken, burgers, french fries, and tacos then you should go somewhere else like Subway where they serve fresh sandwhiches that are way more filling and a lot less calories and if you choose wisely and go light on the dressing they are hundreds of calories less for one meal. You will spend just as much, but on a way better alternative which means that when you go to the gym you will not have to work out as long to see the same results.
Dont waste your money.

if ur 138 pounds u dont need to lose weight, im 5'5 and im 129pounds and im tryin to get FATTER.
Instead of wasting your money, why not save some? Avoid fast food. As long as it's in your diet, whatever you do to lose weight will be half as effective. If you're really serious on this, then it shouldn't be too difficult.

in fact, besides doing exercises everyday and controlling your diet. You can use some pill made from "Spirulina". This is one kind of Algae, and it is helpful. However, eatting less starch, more vegetables and drinking a lot of water, going to gym will be more effective
