Good old fashioned diet and excersize. Keep in mind results wont happen over night. Try cutting a lot of un-necessary fats and sugars from your diet. Instead of eating 3 large meals a day, try 5 smaller ones. And healthy snacks in between if you really feel the need.
As far as excersize goes, set realistic goals. Start out easy, and work your way to more difficult, faster paced excersizes. If you end up basically killing yourself with your excersize routine every day, you're much more likely to quit. So do some stretching, and go for a brisk walk to begin with. Maybe Try a few crunches, 10 or 15 to start, and work your way up, to 50 crunches, and running a mile!
If you want to lose the weight bad enough, you can do it! Just make sure you do it the healthy way!

Diets don't work... It really is about a change of your lifestyle... Ask yourself how important it is to you... You will lose it if you want to bad enuf.
diet pills are a scam. just work out, and eat light meals.
quit eating.
remove suger from your complete diet stop eating cheese and drink a lot of plain soda
eat healthily,
dont eat after 8pm (you stomach doesnt have any time to digest your food before you go to sleep)
go for a run/cycle in the morn or evening
try and sign up for an activity, football, rugby, climbing etc this will help you get motivated.

Walking is an excellent way to not only lose weight, but to simply get into shape. Sensible eating will only further your efforts in this regard as would not eating past 7 p.m.

Drink plenty of water, it helps to speed up your metabolism. And eat at least something small within 10 minutes of waking up, as that will help get your metabolism going for the day. Many small meals is preferable over a few large ones, since we tend to over eat and bind our metabolisms with unhealthy foods. Keep a diary of what you eat. I know that this sounds like a snore, but it really works in aiding you to understand what your weaknesses are. This will help you just cut out what you need to from your diet, dont go too crazy, because it doesnt sound like you are going hard core healthy since you are taking diet pills. Just cut a few corners with anything bad that you tend to eat alot of, and then try to factor in some greens, fruits, and lean meats. Just do what you can. But, what you consume is only half of it. You need to excersize. You can burn just as many calories in a 30 min walk every day, as you can with a jog. Turn on your iPod, and take a brisk walk every night, if thats all that you can do. Excerizes even as basic as pushups and situps will take it a little further in helping you target certain areas, and burn the fat. Im telling you, its not that hard to lose weight, it just takes a little adjusting. You dont have to change your whole life, but the more you do, the faster you will lose the weight. Just figure out what will work for you, because if it doesnt, than you wont do it anyway. Take care
Everybody gains weight for different reasons. You need to experiment with all the different techniques to find out what works for you. Using will power really doesn't work because nobody can keep it up for the long run. The best bet is to teach yourself to make better food choices and avoid things like fried foods, Trans fats, Corn syrup etc. And of course exercise. I was talking to a guy from China the other day and asked him why Chinese can stay so slim. Is it the food? This Chinese guy had gained weight after coming to America. He said no. He said in China people work 8 hours a day and then have 8 hours of social life. They have to do a lot of walking to participate in this social life. Here in America people aren't walking distance away. You have to drive everywhere because everyone is so spread out. Their is little social life in America so one spends a lot of time in front of the TV. He said this is why he gained weight after coming to America. Not the food.
Eat less calories and carbs
Eat protien
Do cardio
Eat foods with high zinc
Well first if you drink cokes ect. stop or limit your intake. start drinking more water, gatorade. or other type sports drinks. cut out 500 calories a day by doing so you will loose about 1 pound a week. don't try to crash diet those are never any good if you lose large amounts of weight fast then your body does not get the chance to catch up with the weight loss. causing your skin to sag. thats why 1-2 per week is a goal to try for. if you are going to exersise start out with a lot of cardio. and not so much on the weights. you want the weight lifting light just to keep your body tone.
