Question:
I want to lose weight the healthy way, but I'm totally impatient. I don't want to resort to diet pills, because I had a problem with them before and I know my boyfriend would be totally dissappointed in me. Whats something that I can do to promote rapid weight loss without falling back to the pills!

I am sorry but there is no healthy fast way of losing weight. I hope that 4 pounds a week is good for you. Because more than that will result in lean muscle loss. Muscle is harder to gain than fat , so any weight gain after that is fat. The fastest and healthiest way of losing weight is diet and exercise. If you walk 30 min. a day 4 days a week and reduce your calorie intake by 200 calories a day you can safely lose 2-3 lbs a week. ANYTHING THAT IS MORE THAN 4 POUNDS A WEEK IS UNHEALTHY.
