Alli but I havent used them..Its the only FDA approve one..But I would try and loose weight without pills..unless you want to gain the weight back...Exercise and eat less thats the key...
I lost 20 lbs using zantrex 3. Fasting is also a very effective way of loosing weight.

i don't recommend taking weightloss pills because they don't always work...in some cases i've heard that they make you gain weight!

GNC active women multi-vitamins have been working great for me, but you should also being eating right & exercising.
Try eating small meals through the day, compared to big. This will help speed up your metabolizism.
There are also gel tabs you can buy Fish Oil & Flax Seed Oil which is high in omega 3's that help burn fat.
I know of pills and people who have taken them and have become very ill. Bleeding throat etc, its hard to control your weight with them and you could become to thin looking equally awful in your wedding dress.
I would suggest you do some weights, it raised your heart to a point where you burn fat and keeps your metabolism high through the next day.
Id seek advice from somebody who can help you lose weight quickly through diet and exercise maybe try a discussion board on mens health/fitness. They know a lot more than us girls.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
The only substances which will actually help you to lose weight are egcg from green tea, capsaicin from hot peppers, large amounts of calcium (really!), and monounsaturated fat (which can be found in olive oil). They don't do much too help you loose weight faster, but if you take them faithfully you will have a lower final weight. Let me explain. A person who eats 1,500 calories a day and is relatively active should weigh about 100plbs. If a diet pill is able to cancel out about 150 calories a day, than they will eventually weigh ten plbs less without dieting, but they will lose it very, very slowly.
