Well im trying the Michelle Mone -Jan De-Viers pills at the moment just started today so Will have to wait and see.
I tried silver products years ago. I was quite overweight and lazy. I tried these pills and they helped me lose the weight and gave me lots of energy.
I then started to go the gym and eat healthily and that is what has helped me keep it off but i must admit it gave me the quick fix and helped me lose weight quickly to begin with.
Once i had that motivation i kept it up through good diet and exercise.
They are relatively cheap but you do feel strange to start when you take them, i.e. shaky, dizzy etc
Try to start off with just 1 or 2 a day to get used to it first and just go for the day tablets not the night ones or you wont get any sleep!

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

Ive been quite lucky in that the first diet pills I have ever tried have actually worked. They are Hoodia Gordonii, they dont claim to burn fat or anything like that they are an appetite suppresant so if like me, you love food and can eat at any time not just when you are hungry these are the ones you should try!!
There are lots of fakes out there so be careful. They need to contain at least 300mg of hoodia per tablet. They are completely natural too so just like a vitamin.
I take 2 a day, 1 before lunch and 1 before tea. You have to take them about an hour before eating. They hekp control how much your eating.
Ive lost 6lbs so far in 2 weeks so not a ridiculous fast result, but a steady long term one which I wanted.
