How do I lose 30lbs really fast without diet pills?

Unfortunatly to loose 30lbs would take around 12 weeks plus.

Your body cannot loose more that 2-3 lbs per week. Its impossible. Even two pounds would mean that you would have to have a 1000 calorie a day deficit while keeping your metabolisim burning through excercise and at the same time avoiding burning muscle which would reduce the fat loss.

First off, it is pratctically impossible to lose that much weight before school starts. Just try eating right, work out 30-60 minutes a day. Drink lots of water, eat fruits and veggies, get lots of sleep. You will lose 2-4 pounds a week on this diet. :-) Good luck!
Well, there is no healthy way to lose 30 lbs really fast, EVER.

The healthy way to is at the most losing 5 pounds a week.

Count calories (about 1200) and make most of the food you eat low sodium and low sugar content (and don't use that saccarin crap to substitute for sugar because that causes other problems...) and drink lots of water, because that will flush out your system. I strongly recommend doing a juice fast in which you "eat" nothing but juice for two to three days. However, I don't know your current health status so who knows if you're diabetic or something and you need to eat certain things?? or something that would make a fast the wrong idea.

Strawberries, bananas and water or milk but that adds more calories.

Don't eat after 7:00PM, or in general 3-4 hours before you go to bed, whenever that may be.

Whatever you do, don't do any sit ups or anything like that... that will just add mass to your body. Running is the best thing and sitting in hot saunas I heard helps. Also, snack a lot like a small sandwich here, an apple there, and definitely cut out any dressing on salads and minimize sauces on anything else you eat. That stuff has loads of calories and it's just junk anyway.
