What do you think about diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
Diet pills are good, if you really need them for your health. I was at an unhealthy weight, went into Congestive Heart Failure, and my doctor told me to "lose the weight or I was gonna die." He suggested a stomach bypass surgery, but I wouldn't do it. Instead, He gave me Adipex. I have lost a lot, and don't take it anymore.still losing weight. The main thing is...Don't go back to your old habits after you go off the diet pills, or you will gain it back faster than you took it off. You need to maintain what you have accomplished even when you're not taking the pills anymore. Keep active, and yes, sometimes you can have something you've been craving without gaining it back. Good luck!
babe diet pills are addictive and your body gets used to them very quick so be carefull
I heard someone went brain dead using diet pills. Be careful!
They should only be used when drinking. Never dieting.
DIET PILLS ARE A LOT OF BULL
dont do it
they are too damn expensive
ALL PHONY
its called the placebo effect
u could take vitimins thinking there diet pills
and they have the same effect
What goes away fast will also come back fast.
If you work out you will be toned.
If you take pills you will be running around feeling whacked out. You might look good but you will feel like crap.
For all the legal pills, they barely do anything. They do something (like 1 or 2 percent) and so it's legal to market and sell them. But the remaining factors in the rest of your life - like diet and exercise - have a much more significant effect. By comparison, the pills barely do ANYthing! The illegal pills you can buy in Mexico actually have a better effect by boosting your metabolism (but can have consequential health effects; that's why they are illegal) - BUT the greatest effect is still diet and exercise. Have you ever noticed how marathon runners and bikers like Lance Armstrong are VERY skinny? Hint! Hint! If your execise caloric expenditure is GREATER than your caloric intake, then you lose weight. You still have to eat to get your vitamins and nutrients, but eat, say, only dinner (a medium size dinner), and each day, EXERCISE FOR SEVERAL HOURS OR MORE - Buy a bike or take up jogging (if you are very out of shape, then walk all day until you see results - yes; walk for 10hours each day, and eat only one, medium sized dinner each day) The key to not eating is as simply as making a psycholigical change to tell yourself not to eat - it's been proven in studies. Good Luck! = )
They never work, just stick with working out & eating right.
i was very over weight and i had tried everything nothing worked, i went to my doctor and she put me on phentermine 37.5 mg. and they work they curve ur cravings for food. alls u can do is drink water. i lost 30 lbs in 4 weeks and still going down. but they r serious pills only take them if ur way over weight, and they have alot of bad side effects. i could not poop for 2 weeks and i had bad cramps and u bleed like u r on ur period all the time. but if u can handle that go for it
I think some of them may work, but I have yet to know someone who tired them that hasn't got some type of kidney/bladder or other fun issues for doing so.
