and btw...the reason thses pills were banned was becuz idiots were using the ephedra to turn them into drugs.im NOT useing it for that reason...i have a good control over it..

I saw great results fairly rapidly...but...after taking them for just a short time any time I would exercise (I biked) my heart rate would soar and take WAY too long to come down. I also became to have totally off the wall thoughts and mood swings. So I stopped taking them.
