You can't lose weight "quick" and safely--ie, no pills or anything. Be realistic. If there was a quick, easy way, nobody would be fat and they couldn't give those pills away.

The formula for losing weight is eat less, move more, and be patient.

Quick diets are never a good idea.

b) because its unhealthy, whatever the fad may be
c) because you cant look that much weight in virtually no time at all.
The best way to lose weight is to eat healthily, cutting down sugar and fat as far as possible, making sure you eat planty of fruit veg, pulses, and chicken rather than beef.
It's spelled "lose" & you can't lose quick on those nasty pills or any other medication. Use what's called "willpower." You can do it if you want it badly enough.
you can try fasts, but I'm unsure about the health benefits.
the most infamous fast diet is called "the master cleanser" fasts days vary betewwn 5 days to 23 days. One lady lost a sagnificant amount of weight. the drink consists of fresh loemon juice, water, and cayenne pepper.

You have got to have a lot of money to start with then find out where you can have a niptuck operation and they will have all the fat suckedout of you in a jiffy.and that is the only way without pills or medication.
Try swimming 2 hours every day and keep on doing it till you get fit.

Some other tips:

After you eat, go walk for 15-30 minutes straight ALWAYS.

Cut down on deep fried, salty, sugary, greasy food. Eat smaller portions.
Eat more fruits (raw), veggies (raw), and drink more water. LOTS of water!

And don't eat 4 hours before bed no mater what!

And get at least 7.5 hours of sleep.

Do all this and you will see results pretty quick!

There is no quick, yet, good way of loosing weight. If you loose weight too quickly you will gain it back quickly too. Usually it is only water weight if you all of a sudden loose quite a few lbs. I suggest you to start an exercise routine. You need to do a combination of cardio and weight lifting. Why weight lifting? To build muscle. Muscle eat body fat. If you don't have a gym membership then go get one and talk to their trainer. Pretty soon it will become a habit. The hard part is to start the routine and keep it on. Once you it turns into a habit it will easy. You will feel like there is something missing if you skip a day. You also need to start a good diet. Eat healthy breakfast, eat every 3 hours (healthy food in small portions), drink plenty of water, and have enough sleep. Don't eat anything about 3 hours before you go to bed at night. Good luck!
Simple equation - spend more calories than you take in. Stay away from transfat and highfructose corn syrup. Start looking at the calories and serving size of the food you eat and the liquids you drink. Go for the farther parking spot rather than the closer parking spot when you go out. Every little bit helps.

Eat lots of vegetables like broccoli, lettuce, green stuff that contains little calories but a lot of important nutrition, and cucumber and other stuff that contains mainly water. But do eat enough protein and fat. Cut out cereals completely from your diet, they cause cravings for more cereals which easily makes you overeat. The same may be true for dairy.
