Has anyone tried a diet pill that actually worked?


Question:
I just wanted to find out if anyone has personally lost a significant amount of weight with the help of a diet pill?? I am looking for something that doesn't cost a massive amount of money. lol
viaredin pills. costed about 25$ (2 bottles in 1 month). i lost an inch in my thighs and ate everything i wanted (including fat food). but i am not sure if thy're still on the market that wat about 4 years ago. they were the only pills that really worked. another suggestion i have is that u should try chinese green tea for weight loss. a pack is just a few $ and you get to have it for a month almost.
at the present i am slim and very fit. and the best way to do this (and i have tried ALL the methods) is by changing you eating habits and lots of aerobics. it will be difficult at first. but it you have faith and go on, you will se marvelous results. and when you see that, you will get even more motivated! trust me! :)
i suggest you give up on fat food, bread, pork, french fries, sweets and everything bad. eat fruits, vegetables, sea food, light meat and cereals. ocasinally dip into what you like. and workout workout! this will purify your body and reactivate your metabolism. in other words, after a while, when u will ad more fat food to your diet, you will not put on fat. but you have to keep on exercising.
Not tried but take it only if prescribed.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
