Question:
have you ever heard of r x diet pill is it good.? i only want to loose 10 or 15 pounds even thoe people tell me thats to much to loose! well if you know about it write back please i need to know if its WORTH PAYING THAT MUCH.
Answer:
I would NEVER recommend diet pills. Usually a good balance of the food pyramid and excercise at least 4 to 5 times a week can knock off those few pounds. If you were to try a diet pill as a last resort, make sure a doctor ok's it first and/or it is FDA approved.
By RX do you mean a prescription diet pill? For 10 or 15 lbs, a prescription diet pill is inappropriate.
forget pills and everything else... the only real way to diet is to eat healthy... that will last!
