You lose weight especially without a diet pill! Diet pills are unregulated supplements which usually contain massive amounts of stimulants and dehydrating agents, not to mention most do no even contain what they say they do, or the correct amount (Unless they say FDA approved) and there is a lawsuit in the works against three different pills saying they actually caused weight gain/lied about what was in them/caused injury. They are just bad news.

And the magical secret to losing weight is to burn off more calories than you eat.
Write down everything you eat and how many calories is in a serving. And learn what a serving actually is. I didn't know that my cereal serving size was only a cup, so I was actually eating almost three servings because I just filled a small cereal bowl in the morning. Once you can control your calories you will see exactly how many you are currently eating that are making you weigh more than you want, and you can start cutting down. Don't go too far or you will end up hurting yourself. If you are weak or dizzy or feel sick, eat something!
Try to stay under 2,000 calories if you are a non-active guy and stay at or just under 1,500 if you are a non-active girl (sorry girls, we hold on to fat much longer and harder than guys due to biology) Want more calories? Earn them.
Easy, just eat 1200 calories per day.
Eat lots of vegetables, as much as you can. They have a lot of water and fibre and vitamins and minerals and many as yet unnamed nutrients. Add several pieces of fruit a day. Eat some meat; fish, milk, grains.

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127
eating healthy and exercise.
Consumer Reports recently rated the Volumetrics Eating Plan as the best approach to weight-loss dieting. Simply put, for each food you look up or calculate the caloric density by dividing the number of calories in a serving by the weight of the serving. Then you focus your attention on eating more low-density foods than high-density ones. They fill you up sooner, so your calorie intake drops, and you lose weight. You can continue the plan indefinitely (after you get to your desired weight, just add a few high density foods to maintain it), so this diet has a good chance to keep you at your desired weight once you get there. There is a book available, "The Volumetrics Eating Plan", published this year.

You also need to do about 30 minutes of aerobic/cardio exercising a day, or at least every other day, to burn calories.

We gain weight by overeating and keep fat by sedentarism.

Eating a little less will stop our body gaining fat weight but will not make current body-fat go away.

To loose the already accumulated excess fat is necessary to move more.

Eating a little less, not dieting, will stop fat increase.

Keep adjusting weekly the amount of food in every meal till you feel satisfied, not hungry but not stuffed either.

After that, give yourself time, start moving.

Take a walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Begin with five minutes daily and increase 5 minutes a day, every week.

That will make fat go away.

Takes time but is impossible to fail.

No diet, no pill.

1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) Choose an exercise that you like and will do for life.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.
