What are good natural diet pills?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but just because something is natural, it doesnt mean its safe. There are so many things that are natural that can kill you or harm you.
No diet pills really work. Natural or not. The only thing that kind of works is alli, and it works very little, and the side effects are bad. I think you should diet and exercise, because even if you did find a diet pill that worked, you would need to diet and exercise to keep the weight off, so I think thats your only solution unless you want to be like a yoyo and lose weight and then gain it back, and then lose weight and then gain it back again.
