I used them when they were legal and they did work but made me feel jumpy and made my heart rate go up. I saw results in about 2 wks i think. Where did you find them? I've been looking for them! Just a warning they have caused heart attacks in some people.
They do work. My gf lost 10lbs on Hydroxycut with Ephedra but also ran 2 miles a day. It did accelerate the weight loss process but she gave it up after having to pull her car over on the highway because she thought she was having a heart attack. Also, I noticed major mood swings to the point that I knew when she did or did not take them. Just work out and run 3-4 miles a day. You will see dramatic results from hard cardio workouts alone without harming your health.
