Does anyone know of a good diet pill that actually works? I have tried hoodia with no luck.?

Question:

Answer:
Alli is a fat blocker. It redistributes the fat directly to you bowels. The catch is you cant eat any fatty foods or your bowel movements will be frequent and oily which can be nasty and uncomfortable. It forces you to watch your fat intake.
How about just get your butt off the computer and go to a gym and eat less. Hmmm, what a concept. You don't need a pill.
Diet pills don't fix anything. Count calories and exercise are the best means of losing weight.
Not a pill, just exercising daily walking seems to help a few miles a day; good luck.
Try these
1) Eat 5 to 6 times a day.
2) Eat lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs
(low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein.)
3) Reduce sugar intake and simple carbs. They make
you hungry fast.Cut junk food .
4) Take 2 to 3 cups of low fat milk, cheese, yoghurt.
5) Do an exercise that you like.

I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and an hour brisk walk every weekday morning.
And I am still at 108 lbs since I lost 31 lbs one year ago.

Miss Molly:

Hoodia diet pills don't work for everyone but let me ask you a few questions as you may discover hoodia might still work for you.

What brand were you taking? Most of the hoodia supplements on the market today are fake - meaning they contain very little hoodia gorodnii (the very ingredient necessary to suppress appetite). There is a chance you were taking a fake supplement and weren't even aware of it.

If you read the following article, it outlines the main things to look for when you buy hoodia to ensure you get the "real deal." You can compare the brand you were taking against these guidelines to see if it was authentic hoodia:
http://hoodiaandweightloss.com/informati...

Assuming the brand you were taking was real, how much were you taking everyday? Most people need 3,000mg per day for it to work. Were you taking that much?

How long were you taking it? Hoodia isn't a drug so its effects aren't immediate. In fact, it can take 2-3 weeks before it starts to work. Were you taking it everyday for this long?

If you were using a real brand of hoodia and were taking enough everyday for at least 2-3 weeks and it didn't work, then you are one of those who don't respond to it. Hoodia doesn't work for everyone so that might be the case. It just might not work for you.

I just wanted to point these things out to you because as far as appetite suppressants go (as far as pills anyway), hoodia is the safest and most effective thing out there right now without needing a prescription. Plus, hoodia has no side effects.

If hoodia doesn't work for you, then I would try protein shakes, lots of water, apples, and green leafy vegetables. These are all very effective appetite suppressants.

Hope this helps.
