I'm female in my mid 20s

also, what's the best time of day to take it? i work out in the evenings

Answer:
I think if you take a good multivitamin that can really help you. I am not personally a fan of diet pills, and believe me I have tried everything in the book. If you do choose a vitamin make sure it has B-12 in it. That will give you a boost of energy.
If you are interested in the diet pill approach, you can go to your doctor and see if they will prescribe you a drug called "Phentermine." I have been on it for a little over a month now and have lost about 15 pounds. And to tell the absolute truth, you are supposed to still diet and exercise, but I haven't. I still eat fast food, just much smaller portions because this diet pill makes you not want to eat at all. I am not very large either so it worked for me. Also, your insurance will not cover it, but it is only $25 for a month's supply. This drug does make you a little shaky, but its handleable...It's not bad. Let me know if you have any other questions I can answer...Good Luck!
Stacker 2 suppressed mine and my friend's appetite when we were both on it. You have to follow the instructions on the bottle to find out when to best take it. Honestly, I would not recommend this or any other diet pill. When me and my friend got off it we gained the weight back. You will only retain the results while you're on the pill, and you can't be on it forever. It is bad for health and has caused me heart problems. Instead, eat foods with fiber and whole grain because they will keep you full longer and help you feel less hungry. Also, drink green tea (has a low amount of caffeine) and ginger tea - both speed up metabolism and both are healthy. Eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones with huge gaps in between. This way your blood sugar levels will be balanced and you won't get intense cravings for food when the blood sugar drops because you haven't eaten for hours. You should eat small meals every 3 hours or so - your metabolism will speed up and you will be digesting food much quicker so it won't get deposited by your body as fat. Stay away from sugars, alcohol, caffeine, and refined carbs because they will make you feel energized after you consume them but the down side is that they will leave you feeling slumped after a few hours and drain you of energy. By the way sleep longer in order to feel less hungry. Studies show that people who don't get enough sleep crave more food the next day - particularly sugary and carb-ladden foods. You are young - you don't need need to poison yourself with diet pills when you can just put a little more thought into your eating habits and suppress your appetite and get an energy boost.
Lemon juice works great. I once had a friend that was so fat, and now he's not. I recommanded the lemon diet to him. He was 5'10 and weighted 250, and now he's 5'10 and weights 170. He could just exercise for hours on lemon juice.

He started the lemon juice diet. So each day he would exercise for about 15 minutes and squeeze some lemon juice out of real lemons, through out the day. He drank about 3 cups a day. reaL LEMON juice. it was really hard for him at first, but as soon as he saw that he shed about 10 pounds per week he stopped the exercise and he continued the diet and dropped 8 pounds per week. Sometimes he would take 4 cups. 1 cup is about 8 oz. I have him took it when he woke up, one on lunch, one for 4pm, and the last one before sleep.

He can feel the burns in his stomach!

Best of all.. it's natural, and cheap. Most diet pills don't work, they're a rip off. What've he gotta lose except the weight? I could explain the physiology of this diet to you, but it's too complicated. It gives you more energy and confidence you need in the real world.
Detox diets are nasty...they starve you for 1-2 weeks, that's how you lose weight...and most ppl binge and gain it all back and then some when it's all over. Plus the bowl movements are VERY unpleasant (google detox bm's...nasty).

Go to 7-11 and there's a blister pack that has 4 blue and yellow pills of "Stacker 2" in it. I bought them one time a few years ago to stay awake during a road trip, and didn't realize they were an appetite suppressant until after I got home and had all my food budget still in my wallet! This is also a no ephedra product, so it's not going to eventually kill u lol.

Not sure where the FDA is on ephedras...they're dangerous and probably still illegal...but truth be told you will be wired and never hungry...I have 2 friends who swear by Mini-Thins (little red ones) and have maintained the weight loss to prove it.
Hi,

it is very nice that you follow diet and you workout regularly! Congrats for your motivation and self esteem!

Diet pills work only if you follow diet and exercise, diet pills make exactly what you want - they give you extra energy so you can exercise more and they increase the effect from the diet.

Check these reviews of diet pills, they all are only natural ingredients and can help you to squeeze the maximum http://www.quick-weight-loss-programs.co...

Wish you big luck and to have the body you want :)
