It depends on the person. But one thing holds true, as stated on any diet pill the the pill ombined with good eating and excercise (consistantly) will show results...my suggestion if your not all ready working out (cardio & weights) and eating right save your money and try that first.

I think all diet pills really are bad news. They are a short term fix, that actually will increase your heart rate and put your body at risk for heart attack.
The best thing you can do is to develop a healthy diet. Speak with a dietitian at any hospital and they can help you with this.
Losing and maintaining weight is a lifestyle change, and a quick fix isn't going to help you in the long run.
And I have had friends take diet pills and have a heart attack. It's a terrible thing that should never happen and can be avoided!
