Diet Pills are not safe
The reality is that there is no scientific proof behind any over the counter diet pills, so don't waste your money. If you are truly following an exercise program designed to help you lose weight and it isn't happening, most likely the problem is with your nutrition. If you take in fewer calories than you use, you will lose weight. If you take in more calories than your burn, you will gain weight. If your weight isn't changing, then your metabolism is in balance. A pill won't change that.
