Also, you want a "diet pill that'll motivate you to exercise"? um...oook... it's either you get up and work out, or you sit down and watch tv. im usually on the computer talkin to my friends..and i noticed that i started gaining weight. soon i gained 30 pounds! i started working out, but then i just HATED it. and i kept telling myself "being fat is NOT an option!" NO BODY REALLY wants to workout (most ppl), you gotta force yourself to get up and move! now i just work out 4-6 hours a day, and eat healthy..around 3000 cals...and im losing weight. =) about 4-5 lbs a week.

Hi, I have tried SPIKE by Biotest, I take it 30mins before I get to the gym and in my opinion it makes me really hyped up to exercise and makes the cardio hurt less. (I normally do at least 30mins flat tack on the bike then whole body weights and crunches) if you google "biotest spike" from pages in australia it will come up with a few sites that sell it online - I haven't found it in any pharmacies but it definately is legal / not prescription.
I have tried both the normal spike tablets and the caffenine free ones and I recommend the normal ones, I only need to take one but guys might need to take 2 for the same effect. I think you also get the best effect by taking it say 3 - 4 times a week so your body doesn't get used to the effect.
