omg ok u cannot lose weight REALLY FAST like in two days because thats unhealthy. with watching what you eat, portion control, and good exercise, you will lose weight but in a healthy way that does not damage your metabolism or your muscles.
Your body requires a MINIMUM of 1000 calories a day to survive.
3500 calories is equal to 1 lb of fat. So, if you are staying under 3500 calories a day AND excercising there isn't any reason at all why you should be gaining weight or at a standstill with your weightloss.

The best advice I can give you is to drink plenty of water (8-10 8oz glasses per day is the reccomended minimum) eat lots of high fiber fruits and veggies, avoid sugary foods and highly processed foods. Stick with lean protein sources, chicken and fish are the best. Watch your portion sizes! A single portion of meat is 4 oz. that's about the size of the palm of your hand. Read the labels on the things you buy to eat. The portion size on most things is clearly printed on the labels. Alot of things will fool you into thinking that the pkg holds one portion, when actually there are 2 servings in the pkg.
A good diet and excercise program should be a lifestyle, not something you just pick up and do when you feel like it, or want to drop some weight quickly. You have to set goals and stick with them to see results. The weight didn't come on your body over night, and it will not come off overnight either. Think realistically about it.
One thing that I've heard that will boost your metabolism to help you lose weight better is green tea. You can drink it, or you can get green tea extract tablets in the health food store. A good excercise program will help boost your metabolism also. A good 20-30 minute workout every day or every other day can give you the jumpstart your body needs. But you have to be faithful to it and stick with it.

You can't. I mean, you could, but in no healthy way, shape, or form. You could go bulimic or anorexic, but that would be foolish-- you would be close to death and you would lose muscle mass and gain weight back so much faster.

1) Do you already eat healthy?
- Eat five small meals a day, try to make them as healthy as you can. Since you're trying to lose weight, try to eat 500 less calories than you need per day.
2) Drink 8 glasses of water per day
- It helps get the toxins out of your body, it helps speed up metabolism, and it makes you feel less hungry.
3) Weight train-- if nothing else, use dumbbells
- Even if you only get two ten pounders, it'll help immensely. I promise. You can do biceps, chest, triceps, back, legs, and abdomen with dumbbells-- most versatile in my opinion.
4) Try jogging about 3 miles in a half hour
- You really should be going at about six miles per hour for maximum heartrate and benefits. Three miles would be a half hour at six miles per hour, which would be perfect for you.
5) Limit your crunches/pushups-- or rather, shift when you're doing them
-Instead of doing a set amount daily, try cutting back your pushups and situps to every other day, and instead do double the amount every other day. It'll show more gain. Your muscles need time to rebuild.
6) Give your body at least one, if not two, 'rest days' per week
-After each three days jogging/etc., make sure to give your body a break. It needs time to rebuild your muscles.

eat only veggies and lots of water. Take a daily multi vitamin, and exercise. Oh ya and eat nuts for protein ( at least a few hanfuls every 3-4 hours. You have to have protein or you can harm your muscles ( you heart is a muscle) Be careful and dont do this longet that a month at a time.
Raw Vegan (Plant Based) Diet. It works, you feel great, you never feel deprived, your skin glows and it's the healthiest food in the world. If you're not ready for that, though, then start eliminating things like meat and dairy. That alone is awesome for your body. But, if you want to feel better than ever and lose weight without supplements...then this is your answer. It's simple...just try it and see for yourself. loosing weight really fast is bad, but if you want to do it eats veggies with vinegar dressing. lean chicken for protein, and work out. lots of water. but loosing weight really fast is bad. plus it'll all come right back.

eat properly like eat like a normal person lnot like a pig lol. try to do excersise each day like cardio or something? it better if u do morning cuz it burn straight to ur fat. water do the trick too and do sport , dont sit alot. also if u eat stuff like mcdonald promise ur self u gona burn it out by doing any kind of excersise.
eat only proteins (meat eggs milk cheese lot of fish ) no glucides(bread sweets coke ) and very very low fats specially not saturated(use only olive oil)! also do a lot of aerobic daily!
