I have a time frame of 2 weeks to lose 20 pounds, no more.
I was thinking of getting HydroxyCut and Diet, I do indeed know this can be harmful to may body. But I loss to lose it now. I am ready take to full responsibilities of my action. I haves seen people who have lost more then 1-2 pounds a day with it. I would have to average 1.43 pounds.. I would even be happy with a body weight of 125, average = 1.07

Yes, what he says about the ECA combination has been known to help burn off fat, but if you ask me, you're already pretty skinny and playing with fire. That combo can have your heart racing and that's surely not healthy when you also start doing some cardio. But to each his own.

Are you seriously doing it just for the "look" or are you trying to make weight for a certain sport's weight class? If it's all about the weight and not the look, you can try shedding water weight for brief periods.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
Why would you want to look like a skeleton? I have never lost so much weight in such a short time.
