How has the Hydroxycut been working? The best diet pill in the world isn't really a pill at all. It's just plain old common sense. Eat less and/or exercise more. Make sure you aren't putting in more calories than you are burning off by monitoring your weight. I was just contemplating that Alli pill that was just released recently, but reminded myself that a pill won't give me the body I want. I can only get to my goal weight by finding and employing my self-control, will power and determination.
Also, I journaled and watched what I ate a few years back with the Weight Watchers system and lost about 25 pounds. I was active at work (teacher) and was snowboarding a lot, but I didn't "exercise" once at all. Regular exercise is REALLY good for your body and for your overall health, but you can lose weight without exercising at all and by simply eating less.
My father was on 45 mg. of Lipitor(cholesterol meds) and used the product she is talking about and lost 55 pounds in three months and has been off his lipitor ever since!!...I have also tried it and loved it…I recommend it to everyone I know

Diet pills dont work! If it were that simple, wouldn't everyone do it?! They hurt your body and ur metabolism. After u stop taking the pills U WIIL gain the weight back plus some. Your best bet is to exercise regularly throughout the week and watch your calorie intake.No magic tricks or short cuts...No pain, no gain (weight loss)
I haven't used it, but good eating habbits and exercise is better. You will end up gaining the weight all back once you stop taking them.
Lindsay if their was an actual diet pill that worked the pharmaceuticals companies would go out of business. Their isn't any that I know of that actually work. And believe me I've tried them all.
I finally just came to the conclusion to just eat half of what I normally do and do some form of exercising everyday.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
Phentermine works well with diet and exercise.
