I used Lipodrene with ephedra for the longest time...it was the best diet pill i ever took. Just BE CAREFUL if you choose to use ephedra..many people abuse them-thinking if they take more than more the effect will be better--WRONG-you take more then the recomended dose and you could put yourself in cardiac arrest.
