That is the only FDA approved diet pill...I don't know if that really makes it safe but it makes me want to try it out!
Diet pills are kind of funny. Have you ever read the fine print on the commercials? "Results not typical." Or "Only when used with a healthy diet and exercise." I'm not going to tell you not to use them. Go right ahead. But it will help you lose weight about as much as eating a piece of paper. It's not going to do much for you...though the piece of paper may have more fiber. I know this is a scary thought...but diet and exercise is probably your best bet. But hey, if you find diet and exercise in a pill someday...please tell me...because as much as running and lifting weights everyday has dropped my weight off SIGNIFICANTLY and makes me feel WONDERFUL and energized...I could use a break every now and then.
Everyone is mentioning Alli but just beware what it does to your body. When you pass gas, be prepared to have oily stool come out. Sometimes it even comes out without any gas. And when you wipe, there is this orange stringy stuff that has to be fat or something and it is awfully gross.
My sister lost over 30 pounds on Xenadrine but that's when it had ephedra in it. If you want to go the natural approach, people who were exercising and eating good while taking 1,500mg a day of calcium lost 15% more body weight. Just remember that the body only absorbs 500mg in one sitting so buying a 500mg calcium suppliment and taking it 3 times a day is best for maximum results.
I vote for Proactol, its a fat binder just like Alli, only it has NO side effects. you take it after meals which is easier than trying to plan before hand and it blocks your body from processing up to 30% less fat, so if your eating lean already, you will be consuming very little fats.
have a look, they have a free trial right now. http://www.w8lossreviews.com/proactol_de...
