Hi Guys Whats the Best Diet Pill??
Question:
Answer:
Slim quick works pretty well and its made especially for women. You still have to incorporate a sensible diet and exercise but it does help the process move a long better.
salt tablets .. 17 a day... you'll lose loadsa weight very quickly
I used Placebo, which worked really well during the study. Most of the other people in the study with me showed little signs of weight loss using various other amphetamine based diet pills.
Diet pills are only a temporary fix. Why not do it the right way and lose the weight for good? If you had lost weight the right way the first time around you wouldn't be looking for another quick fix.
NONE! I can't recommend any diet pill, there are just too many health hazards. I lost weight (40 pounds) by reducing my caloric intake and power walking 40 minutes a day 7 days a week. Excercise and diet combined are the only way to safely take off excess weight.
I like Xelerate xtreme energy fat burner. It's mostly caffeine and b-12,oil of clove and green tea.Bought it at G.N.C.
Use your figer after every meal.
If you want to lose weight, try a diet. Stay away from diet pills. They contain ephedrine which can ultimately kill you. Keep in mind, also that diet supplements are not regulated by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration), so in theory, they can put whatever they want in them.
Don't be lazy if you want to lose weight, do it the right way.
Diet pills usually aren't any good at all to be honest, they get over your psychological blocks in order to help you lose weight. There's really no proven diet pill that can make people lose weight as in people who just want to lose an inch or 2 off of their waist lines. So to be honest they all work yet they all don't, it all depends on how your mind perceives them as how effective they are. And the doctors you see on TV and hear on the radio aren't dieticians yet they're not actors, they're professional psychologists that are marketing the product that in reality does nothing but for your mind does everything.
Diet pills are NOT a good idea. Instead, if you want to lose weight, eat plenty of organic fruits and veggies, granola (try barenaked granola, it is delicious and healthy.) and drink LOTS of water. Ride a bike to work or school whenever you can, run in the morning, excercise alot. push yourself to be healthy the way nature intended. You will feel better, loose weight, look better(Healthy glow) and live happier.
xenical - or alli
diet pills are speed/amphetamine on prescription. they damage your heart and can mess up your metabolism. one of my friends became addicted to speed and dropped to 7 stone. when she quit her body stored fat as she couldn't burn it off as her metabolism was shot to bits and she's now 25 stone on a normal diet. diet and exercise. boring but true and it will stay off. weight is a mathematical equation. eat more than you burn and weight goes on. eat less and it comes off.
Do any really work??
I`m sure if you do lose weight on them it`s only because you`re being extra careful about what you eat (lets face it if you`ve spent a fortume on pills you want to see some weight loss)and drinking lots of water(as they recommend) to fill you up.Something i`m sure you can do without buying expensive slimming pills!!
The one which is prescribed.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
you can try every diet pill on the market but as soon as you come off it you will put twice as much weight on the only way to slim is plenty of walking swimming etc and a healty balanced diet
Size 0. I had a friend who went down a whole size by using it. I'm going on it too.
Salt pills are a bad idea. As humans we perspire whether althletes or simply at night under a blanket. When we sweat we obviously lose fluids, so the only thing you will have in your system will be the excess salt. That isn't a good idea. To much salt has severe dietary consequences.
I don't recommend diet pills. Most are designed to work for a short period of time, but before long it is so much harder to sustain.
The only way to lose weight and keep it off, is to make permanent ans healthy changes to your lifestyle. Changes that are easy to keep up with. Often with diets, we give ourselves ultimatums, for instance, 'I won't eat after 7pm', or I won't eat dairy or carbs'. These rules are hard because by denying yourself, you just want it more. In the end, there is a good chance that you'll eat it anyway and a lot more than you would've in the first place. Put it this way, when someone tells you to do something, people usually feel like doing the opposite. "Stop talking" The person talks louder. "Try not to laugh" You usually can't help but burst out laughing.
Rather, make rules that you can achieve. Chances that aren't restricting, changes that won't cause you to stress about avoiding certain foods, leading you to binge.
Living a healthy life and achieving a natural weight is about a healthy diet and exercise. But it is also about being content with yourself. If you ban foods, you will be stressed, moody, tired, pissed off and not emjoying any weight you happen to lose.
Firstly, recognise what foods you eat that are fatty, salty, have too much sugar. Next, try to go for the less unhealthy version if you can. For example, instead of a hamburger at McDonalds, try making one at home where you can add only healthy salads to it and without the dressing or sauce which can hold the most fat.
With salty things like potato chips, try the unsalted version and make sure peanuts are unroasted. This way they retain the nutritious value.
Lastly, sugary foods are just as bad as fatty food. To explain, when we consume lots of fats or sugar, we need to then burn it off. Kind of like we burn off the petrol in our car, the more we drive around. If we don't exercise or move around, the fat remains in out system and the sugar turns to fat.
Carbohydrates are essential to our diet as they are our energy foods. These foods are obviously missing in our diets because we become tired as soon as we cut them out. The trick is to eat them for breakfast or lunch, this way we have time left in the day to burn it off. At night, it will sit in our bodies as we sleep and will be harder to burn off.
Always burn off more energy than you consume. A walk in the morning is an easy form of exercise and it works well. The morning is a good time to exercise. Although, anytime of day is good, as long as you are doing it properly.
It will help to write a list of healthy foods you like. Unprocessed food is better, as it hasn't been handled a lot. Chicken is a good source or protein, fish is a great source of essential fatty acids like Omega 3 and red meat is a great source of iron. If you are vegetarian, iron supplements are a good alternative and you can even get some that are combined with Vitamin C or Folate, if you get only small amounts of this.
Fruits and vegies are a good source of antioxidants. Antioxidants are an essential and natural chemical in the human body that are imperative in stopping free radicals in our metabolism, radicals which lack oxygen.
Studies have linked oxygen free radicals with heart disease and cancer. So it is a good idea to try some of these foods on a regular basis. Foods like grainy breads and nuts, fruits and vegetables like oranges, blueberries, beans and cinnamon, while also adding strawberries or blackberries to yummy low fat yoghurt.
You can switch white bread to wholemeal or multigrain, low fat cheese is just as yummy andthere are heps of healthy options.
When you write a list of foods you like, or would like to try, look up some yummy recipies for them. You might find a great way to cook a favourite, or even begin to like something you never thought you would.
Moderation is key. If you feel like a piece of chocolate then eat it. If you feel like a greasy burger then eat it. Moderation means you can have these things once and a while. Letting yourself have these things will make it easier to have a healthy diet, because you won't feel like you are denying yourself.
There are also diet shakes you can but but these are designed for greater weight loss and replace two meals out of three. Again it's restricting, but if you happen to over eat or have too many unhealthy eating days, a few days of replacement shakes will do the trick.
Just remember to not beat yourself up if you eat something you probably shouldn't. Eating it is better than starving or denying yourself causing stress. Just contimue with your healthy eating the next day.
If you eat something a bit naughty, it can be easy to say, 'Oh well that ruined it, i may as well eat other fatty stuff too'. No, you shouldn't. Eating one thing is better than eating two or more. Remember how bad you might feel after one half of a block of chocolate or one McValue meal at Maccas. Eating more of it will make you feel twice as bad.
Eat healthy, exercise (which can include incidental exercise like grocery shopping or gardening), treats every now and then and relaxation.
Maybe organise a groups of your girlfriends to go walking together, or have your own relay races at the pool. Making exercise fun is a great advantage and great way of getting your heart rate up and metabolism beating fast. This is when you begin to burn fat and lose weight.
Don't give up and have fun. Don't stress and realise your strenghts in terms of healthy foods you like and exercise you like to do.
One last important thing. Don't make losing weight the only or main event of your life. If you focus on this solely you will drive yourself nuts. Focus on work, study or your family and make your health and weight plan be a secondary thing. Concentrating on it will make it bigger than it should be.
Make family meals more healthy and have your family get healthy with you.
Have faith. An individuals determination goes a long way in achievment.
You could try Acomplia. Quite new here but it's causing quite a stir. Recent studies suggest it may also help reduce liver damage
