I have been on it for 3 days now and I have "oily" bathroom stops but nothing unbearable. Your body definitely tells you when you have eaten something not so good for you though!
It is kind of gross because the oil is orange (almost like pizza grease) that comes right out of you and it smells really bad. I wear a pantiliner for any leakage. (Not major if you eat somewhat well). It depends what you are willing to go through to lose some weight. I haven't decided if I am going to keep taking it yet..I just had a week trial sample. I am going to weigh myself when I am done and go from there!
Good luck!
So far I have lost 4 lbs in 3 weeks. I have had the side effects when I eat too much fat in one meal, on the other had with a healthy diet the side effects are minimal. I would recommend wearing a pantyliner the first few days.
I've taken Alli since it came on the market, about 4 weeks. In that time I have lost 8 pounds without changing my diet or exercise. I have changed from an evening heavy meal to a lite meal. I eat a heavier meal at lunch.
I have no real side effects. Loose stools but certainly not out of control. No spotting, etc. I can handle meetings, etc without worry. I think they advertise the side effects so they don't get sued by some nut case. For me it is an excellent experience. I am excited to see where my weight ends up.
