All of them suck... I have tried them all they are a total waste of money. Alli - makes you crap your pants, so does Meridia, Adepex is way over rated...Metabolife - does absolutely nothing, Hoodia is a joke too - it does not controle appetite.The only thing that kinda worked for me was Fen Phen years ago - but I only lost 30 lbs and gained it right back as soon as I got off of it. The ONLY thing that has worked for me was following the diet in a little book called "Skinny Bi tch" and it worked so well, it completely helped me controle my appetite and made me feel so good I started to excercise - and I lost about 50 lbs so far and have some more to go. Seriousely, I have spent thousands on diet pills - far more than are mentioned here - and none of them controle the appetite as good as the diet in that book. Save your money and buy that book.

diet pills do not work and if you were lucky enouph to find one that did you loosing wieght in an unhealthy way
I have been on about every diet their is and I have tried so many different diet pills. Including prescription and non-prescription and I can tell you that none of them work for long. I would spend more effort on working on eating and excercise habits.
to get the best results dont buy anything that is not FDA approved. also keep in mind that usually once you stop taking the pills the weight comes back becaues your hunger comes back. the most efficient way to lose weight is healthy eating and exercise. i really liked the weight watchers program it worked really really well
Ah Diet Pills , better known at Diaretics.. These are very bad for you . If you want to lose wait there is no majic formula. but there is a way to lose weight and keep it off. It is by eating more..
