Answer:
Well if you are already eating well and exercising, you might want to try Cylaris those worked for a friend of mine.
I got a prescription from the doctor for Addipex and it helped me lose 20 lbs! I loved it and no side effects for me anyways!
green tea is amazing... it has been proven scientifically to help burn fat... just have a cup a day... or... if you hate the taste... they have supplements... I reached a plato in my diet.. and that whats got me lossing again.
I am re-posting what I wrote earlier to a similar question ...

No, no, and NO! I wish you young girls would stop looking for the easy way out! There isn't one. Diet pills - EVERY one of them - have side effects and can cause damage. Addipex, Phentermine, Meridia, have all been shown to only offer a SHORT term fix and like 96% of people who take them gain all the weight back and MORE (including more FAT and a loss of muscle). Diet pills, teas, laxatives ...will never solve the problem like a healthy diet and exercise will. Remember when Phen-phen caused all those deaths and heart problems several years back?

Granted once in awhile someone (like the girl above) will say it worked for them ... but no one knows what effects these drugs are having on your body LONG term and what may be caused in the future as a result. Many of them are nothing more than SPEED ... they speed up your heart which is unhealthy and unsafe. Your heart is a muscle. If it's always going full speed - it will weaken and wear out. This has happened to people who take cocaine and crystal - which are also forms of speed.

You must get it into your head now that there's no "quick" fix to losing weight that will last. It will only hurt your body and cause damage ~ that sometimes is irreparable. The best way to keep weight off is to exercise (even for just 30 minutes) at least 5 times a week (you will need more if you are very heavy). Walking is THE safest and best form of exercise.

Also, drinking 64 ounces of water a day (which also helps your skin and joints), eating LOTS of veggies and fruits, and eating VERY little of red meat and high fat foods (like fast food, butter, and white bread). Here is a great link for you to check out ...

Remember ... there is NO easy way out. My doctor told me she agrees that the RISKS are NOT worth the results. Good luck and take acre of yourself the RIGHT way!)
