Does not work! Better yet, eat salads, drink water and avoid high in sugar beverages, make sure you're eating lean meat if you love your meat like I do, regular cardio and abdominal workouts and plenty of rest.
Dieting don't work. But eating right does.
I used diet pills and yes they worked I lost about 20 pounds but a few months after I stopped taking them the weight started creeping back on and now i'm back to the weight I was before.
Seriously they're a waste of time. To lose weight successfully you need to do excercise and eat healthily. This way you get into a routine and can sustain it after you reach your target weight.
The side effects I got were increased sweating, palpitations, insomnia and anxiety.
I have started a new diet recommended by my doctor. Make a huge pan of soup - fill it with loads of veg (leeks, potatoes, carrots, onions, sweetcorn, cabbage, chicken) Keep it in your fridge and when you feel hungry eat a bowl of soup.
You get all the vitamins, protein, carbs etc you need to be healthy, it fills you up and has hardly any calories in it.
I've lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks so far and feel great!!
Good luck!
