key chain that fans out and has LOTS of helpful information!
i take a pill with every meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). it prevents my body from absorbing ~50% of the fat from the meal. the % that isn't absorbed is passed when #2 happens, lol. if i eat something REALLY fatty, i get gas bloating and cramps. while this may not be desirable in a diet pill it acts as a behavor modification. it teaches me to not eat fatty foods! the myalli.com site gives me many many resources and tips on exercise and healthy eatting, and it lets me track my progress. i've been in top physical condition my entire life, but i could never get below 140 to reach my target weight of 128. i also need to get my waist at 26 inches (currently at 30 inches). this pill acts as my 'secret weapon' that helps me have a hand up on my diet. i've always eatten healthy and ran constantly. i can't run anymore b/c after my time in the military my knee is permenantly messed up (severe patello-femoral syndrome - ie- runners knee), so limited walking is all i can do. this helps me since i can't help myself in the way of exercise (at least the high levels of exercise). i think it is such a great pill! plus it's the ONLY FDA approved over the counter (OTC) diet pill out there. it has been used in doctor's offices for YEARS in the full strength version. Alli is the half dose of this medication (orilast), and is taliored to those who don't need to loose vast amounts of weight. check out the website before you buy it. it comes with lots of information to help you decide if Alli is right for you! i'm sure i sound like a spokesperson for the pill, but after loosing 5lbs in the 11 days i've been on it, i'm all Alli! lol! i love this thing!
oh and drink lots of water too. at least 64oz of water a day. it keeps you regular, which is a BIG part of trying to loose weight!

I lost a lot of baby weight taking Hydroxy Cut Hardcore formula (I got it at GNC) and walking 4 miles every evening with my sister.
your body chemistry changes after birth and my question to you is have you considered a more physical approach, like walking and cardio exercises which also stimulate fat burn and sculpt the muscles?
well first, alli is the first FDA approved weight loss drug that helps remove fat from your diet...so you dont absorb the calories from fat.i think i remember them saying that if you would normally diet and lose 10 lbs , doing the same and adding alli you would lose 15lbs.since its FDA approved it more reliable...but keep in mind its new so you need to watch out..i believe there are some side effects too ex) diarrhea.
as for your current dieting i understand your struggle.firstly it depends how long you have been dieting.sometimes it takes a long time for the weight to come off so you have to be patient (argggH) also although you are eating good calories are still important...if you ate 6000 calories of apples you would gain weight (provided you didnt burn it off).im not trying to say dont eat fruit but maybe watching how much calories your taking in should help.lastly have you heard of resting metabolic rate...this is the amount of calories you would burn if you sat all day.for me its aorund 1400 ( im 145 X 5 6') so you are proly around the same.so if you ate 1400 calories a day and walked and did normal chores then you would proly lose the 1-2 lb a week..maybe more idk..you can look up a calculator online for free ..i hope this helps.good luck!
Not much help on the diet pill front but wanted you to know you`re not alone!
since having my children and turning 30 i`ve found it so much harder to lose weight.I eat healthier than i`ve ever done and do more excercise than i`ve ever done yet i don`t seem to be able to lose much weight,so unfair!!
Take your approach back to the basics
Maintain weight - calories in = calories out
Lose weight - calories in less than calories out
Gain weight - calories in greater than calories out
Take a careful look at what you are eating - calories, fat, carbohydrate.
Its great that you already have an exercise rountine in your life, and some awareness of diet. Take this knowledge and look into your appropriate portion sizes, avoiding calorie dense foods, understand gylcemic index (GI) as you may find that a few small changes in your diet may have a big difference. Once you understand these basics - you wont need to focus on calories
Check your body mass index (BMI) - there are plenty of websites
For example, a typical day for me is BREAKFAST fist sized portion of museli (no sugar) with milk, MORNING TEA approx 5 raw almonds and small handful of sunflower seeds, LUNCH salad of lettuce, rocket, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, sugarsnap peas or carrots or radishes depending whats in season, and then a good amount of low fat protein like fish fillets, grilled skinless chicken. In winter i will add a sprinkle of beans, chickpeas, etc to fill me up. Sometimes i have a small amount of dressing, but mostly i just alter ingredients of the salad to provide interest. AFTERNOON SNACK fruit. DINNER based around a fit sized portion of carbohydrate with a low GI value (chickpeas, couscous, brown rice, potatoes) veges and protein. Its not as boring as it sounds, i like all sorts of food, and i feel that i can allow myself calorie dense foods ONCE a week (chocolate/pizza/indian curry).
If you understand the basic principles behind food (ie what food means to our bodies), its as simple as following a balanced diet
I suggest making a food and excercise diary for a few weeks (and be honest, all those snacks count)
I have been taking thermobol from maxi-muscle and it is fantastic,I lost 4 pounds a week. The good thing about maxi muscle products is they offer a money back guarantee if the products don't work. One has to take 3 tablets a Day on an empty stomach and they act as a metabolism boost they are only to be taken for a month,I used them because I'm just 10 pounds over weight but have stubborn areas which won't shift no matter how hard I work out. They are my miracle you have to try them.
I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.mylguide.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 6.99$ shipping and handling.
