Any one know of any diet pills that help with weight loss...along with diet and working out.thanks = D
Question:
Answer:
you should talk to your doctor, many of the weight loss pills have caffeine for energy and if you are not use to working out they can raise your heart rate to dangerous levels. working out and eating healthy (NOT DIETING!) worked for me. it has to be a life time commitment. plus as soon as you stop taking the diet pills the weight will come back on.
No pill will "help" you lose weight. Take your cash and buy fruit, vegetables, maybe a vitamin supplement.
Drink a ton of water, get some cardio exercise, and eat more healthily. Dieting will set you up for failure.
Reductile is the answer for you .. it's amazing ask your doctor about it
I have tried everything on the market. They all have about the same ingredients (give and take a few). I have checked this with a weight loss m.d. specialist. It's HEALTHY eating, exercise, no processed foods, if sugar, corn syrup, fructose, partialy enriched ingredints are list in the first 4or 5 ingredients on the label. DON'T BUY IT! Have blood tests to check your thryroid, diabetes (especially diabetes II). Go from there.
well im in a process of losing weight as well.and somehow i think its going too rapid.i lost 5kg in 12 days.i do cardio everyday for 30 mins...i only eat whtever i want on sunday but i still do my cardio. on the other days i take a lot of plain water, yogurt and fruit. plus a glass of hot milo every night. btw im taking duromine (anti suppresent appetite tablet) but u hav to consult ur doctor b4 u take the tablets. not every1 can take it. so far its going well for me. u can try out this method. who knws i might work for u as it does for me.
I am having positive results with Dexatrim Results, though it's not a magic pill, I do find it suppresses my appetite.
