Is it safe for a 15 year old girl to eat diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
it's not safe for anyone to eat diet pills. they mess up your body and metabolism.
just reduce the amount of food you eat. eat lots of green vegetables. lots of water.
eat small meals/snacks every 2-3 hours and avoid foods with a lot of oil. all the "snacks" and junk food. try to eat food that's as natural as possible.
No, most diet pills are not safe for young girls. The best way to lose weight is to cut back on your calories. That is also the healthiest way. Even 15 minutes of exercises a day can make a difference.
No.
However, if you are suffering from a lack of self-esteem due to your weight, then I may recommend consuming diet pills.
Self-confidence is what constiutes of a person.
If diet pills are going to help you feel better about yourself, then I don't see the big fuss about them!
Remember though, not to become dependent on them.
In the long hall, it is not good to become reliable on these.
If will power does not work, then this just might be your resort.
I don't think so. A 15 year old body is still developing naturally; diet pills could interfer with that. Besides, diet pills are meant for active people looking for a little bit of help along the way. All you need to do is control what you eat; stick to things like fruits and veggies, oatmeal, pasta and potatoes.
slim fast is not a bad diet to follow for a short term. have the two glasses of slim fast , one for breakfast, one for lunch and two small snacks and a sensible dinner.
go to e diets.com for other diets.
the pills really do not work. most are caffiene / stimulants. make you hyper. ask the pharmacist for help in selecting a diet pill i f you are interested. they are free at walgreens/ cvs. alli is a new diet pill but it is very expensive. it blocks fats, but many women have a lot of bad side effects with it. not pleasant. it only results in an exrtra 10 lbs loss or so per year yet it costs several hundred dollars. you must have time for a short /brisk walk each day . just run outside and go around block once or twice. anything to get yourself moving.
No pills w/o prescription.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
its not safe for anyone to take diet pills. why would you take them? you'll put your body into serious health issues...i suggest exercise! eat right. you'll see results..promise! :D
Hi,
I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight.
I do not think diet pills are very safe as they might interfere with your growth and development and some might also mess up your metabolic rate.
The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.
Would you like to try that? I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.
My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)
My youngest client was 14 when she came to me and she lost 20 lbs within a month and she was very happy.
The detox is very safe.. so safe that even children can do it ;)
A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.
And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.
Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.
Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.
Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..
And that's it.
The rest is up to you.
So what do you think? ;)
