if you are putting on weight and don`t a lot first get your doctor to check that you do not have an over or under active throid gland.this can be confirmed by a simple blood test if all that comes back clear you can ask your doctor for a perscription for {reductal}
my sister lost 6 stone on them and can only be given by a doctor
i remember seeing an ad for diet pills named Alli that right now is the only FDA-approved, sold over the counter pill in existence. It seems as though that Alli might be just the thing you need, especially since you seem to exercise regularly and have a proper diet.
Although Alli is approved as safe and effective for adults, it's no quick fix. For one thing, just like dieting, it takes time to lose weight with Alli. People who take the drug don't see instant results.
Taking Alli requires as much discipline and willpower as sticking to a diet: People using it have to keep careful track of the amount of fat they eat at each meal to be sure they don't get too much.
I tried Xenical for a brief period of time, but the effectiveness wasn't very significant. And it's messy, because oil is passed out together with motion! You may have to get prescription from doctors, but some pharmacies sell them over the counter if you know them well.
However, it's still best to consult your doctor first.
Let me know if you found anything safe and effective. I can afford to lose a few kilos, well, quite a few kilos...
I would advice you against it. Taking diet pills can have serious health consequences. The only successful way to permanent weight loss is through a proper DIET & EXERCISE. All you need is 20 to 40 minutes of exercise a day, 3 to 5 times a week. As for your diet, have small & healthy meals every 3 hours, totaling up to 5 small meals a day...study shows that eating every 3 hours can lead to weight loss.
Why don't you try my method, it helped me lose more than 10kg's in three months.incline treadmill to 15 & walk at the speed of 4 for 20 to 30 minutes a day, 4 or 5 times a week. Cut down on high-fat foods such as candy, pastries, fatty meats, potato chips, alcohol & deep fried food. First thing you do when you get out of bed in the mornings, have 2 full glasses of water. It is important that you drink plenty of water to wash away metabolic wastes.
if it is prescribed by doctors from private clinics, they have brands explicitly. Only have the substance name that known mostly by doctors. It certainly works very quickly, but 9 out 10 times, the weight will climb back out after the effect medication wear off.
Don't do it..
Do not eat the yellow ''mee'' or ''koay teow''.
Both are much more fattening than white rice.
My panel doctor prescribes diet pills but they are very dehydrating, so I was told by him.
No, although I do need to lose a few kilos, I would not opt for such pills.
It is better to eat several small meals than to have 3 heavy meals. Drink lots of water. More vegetables than meat.
Go for white meat such as fish (oh, of course you know all that)...good luck.
[edit] Shah has the right diet regime. :~)
Eow!! Woman! You've lost a lot of weight!! Just continue your current diet plan, exercise regularly and drink lots of water (warm or room temperature). Avoid drinking water while eating (wait at least 20 mins-40 mins after taking your meal). It'll take months to see and feel the difference. But you'll get there eventually. Think positive, my love.
I was a little bit over weight before, remember? :-|
i think Xenical is one of the legal and most recomend one in the market.
Don't take pill.check this website..

there's diet plan,exercise plan,.
they also observe your calorie intake..and you still can eat real food...
pills are only supplementary. good exercise and diet do the most in reducing weight. you may continue pills to reduce few grams but to reduce few kilograms you really need exercise and diet
pls bear in mind that there's no short cut for this. i believe so
have you tried SlimWorld? The advertisement is very impressive
i thunk exercise better than diet pills
