My mother has been taking Alli for one week. She can't do much in the way of exercise due to a neck injury, so she has been having difficulty losing weight. She hasn't weighed herself yet (broken scale, going to get a new one) but her stomach has visibly gone down and her clothes are starting to get baggy. You can go to www.myalli.com and read their messageboards. I would say that 80% of the people on that site who have tried it have had success, but it MUST be used in conjunction with a low fat diet and exercise program. It is not a miracle pill!
