Diet pills? help?

Question:
I'm 15 and not overweight. I just wanna loose about 10-15 pounds. I can't eat healthy cause i'll break that diet and i already exercise alot. (I'm really active!) Does anyone know any good, store bought diet pills that won't make you gain weight once you go off them? And they won't make you feel sluggish? What about laxatives - will those work?

Answer:
When I need a little push, I use either super dieters tea or Lipo-6
I've found that diet pills are pretty much all scams. Those people should be locked up.

I did have some good success getting rid of my beer gut by using a program I found at
http://bellyfatisnasty.com

I lost about 32 lbs in the last 3 months... may not sound like some of the stories you see on tv, but it's been real steady weight loss, and the workouts are the best I've ever done. Makes me feel like I worked really hard.

Has some great quick meal plans too, which helped since I don't have much time to cook. Good luck!
pretty much any diet pill that is actually effective at hleping you lose weight will make you feel awful to go off of. my doctor had to actually ween me off of some before... you say you can't eat healthy because you'll break the diet. well of course you will with that attitude! don't think of it as a diet. you are fifteen years old! now is a good time to build healthy habits... not take off with some serious diet!

think to yourself... is this good for me? if the answer is no, then eat only a bite or so (drink lotsa water. it will feel like you ate more of it) if the answer is yes, then have a sensible portion. you are definately old enough to be thinking about these things... but still a bit young for the pills. technically it's not even legal for you to buy them yet. i know you think that it does nto matter right now, but when you look back you will regret taking them if you do not just set the habits now.

laxatives will actually dehydrate you... this will make you sluggish which will cause you to burn less calories. there are two things that you never ever ever want to lose... muscle and water. these things weigh a lot so keep that in mind. they are the essence of what will make you look healthy and fit though. laxatives will be a waste of your money, and damaging to your digestive system. (abuse will mess you up for years... don't you want your body to be able to digest it's food on it's own! especially as you grow older!?!)

i'm very sorry if i sound harsh, but from the tone of your question, i'm somewhat familiar with your mindset... please please try to think healthy now. if you do not... you will fight this in your head for years. possibly forever... and i promise you... it's no way to live.

one more tip before i'm off my horse: check out body for life. it's a really great program that is realistic as a lifetime way of staying fit. the book is by bill phillips. he aslo has eating for life, which if you are active as you say, you may find more worth the money (less workout info more nutrition)
good luck sweetie. be healthy!
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
I lost 25 pound in 1.5 weeks! At first I couldn't believe that I could lose that much in so little time until i read this article
