Which diet pills do you recommend?

I have tried almost everything. Xenadrine, Smart Burn, Farhenheit, Zantrex, Relacore, Hydroxycut, Trim Spa etc and all types of green tea supplements, apple cider vinegar tabs, etc, and nothing works as well as I would like it to. Also, I don't want to hear how bad these pills are and all that crap. I want to hear from people that also take diet pills and what has worked for them. Maybe there is some combo I should try?

Answer:
First of all you never want to stack your pills. That is extremely dangerous.

The one thing about diet pills is that they work if you want them to and don't work if you don't have faith in them. What I am saying is that 99.9% of the weight loss is due to your mind and what your mind wants to achieve.

The only over the counter pill that actually does work is alli. It's not like any of the fat burners or appetite suppressants that you have listed above. It's the only OTC that has been approved by the FDA and has been clinically proven to work (and alli is only one that can say that).

Now with alli you have to stick to a strict low fat diet otherwise you'll have unwanted side effects like having to run to the bathroom or an oily leakage. With Alli you'll lose 50% more weight than if you just dieted. Just remember though you must commit to a low fat diet.
Taking diet pills alone does not get anywhere. You need to diet and exercise as well.
And definitely DO NOT try some combination of more than one. That may kill you.
Diet pills are dangerous enough without mixing them. And saying they are dangerous is not "crap."
Look, I'm sure you've heard that diet pills don't work, and you've proved that to yourself by trying all those pills and not seeing results. So why the hell do you want to waste more money on pills? It is not the answer you want to hear, but there is no magic pill that will miraculously make you slim and svelte. Sorry. Try a healthy diet and exercise.

What you need to do is exercise and diet. Diet pills are a short term answer, and can mess w. your heart. You are better off going the natural route, doing some cardio w. light weight training should be enough to boost your metabolism to a high enough level that you will be burning calories 24 hours a day.
