Trying to be nice, here, but diet pills are absolutely not healthy -- especially if they trigger migraines. Drink water... alot of water. This will curb your appetite. Diet pills are never the answer. Simply eat fewer calories than you are now. You will see results.

There are no SAFE diet pills. eat small meals and snakcks all day to keep your metabolism up and keep up the exercise. drink plenty of water and lay off caffiene.
you should check out the new diet pill that just came out called Alli. it doesnt do the work for you but if you eat healthy and excercise it helps you lose 50% more of the weight you would lose on excercise and diet alone.
