Diet pills? do they work?
Question:
Answer:
First of all
Who says you need to use them?
We are all different shapes and sizes
If we all looked the same, think how uninteresting that would be
It's the person you are, that counts.
But..they are all variants of amphetamine/ speed which suppress the appetite.
If you really want to lose weight
So eat a little less, get a bit more exercise
Get used to doing this
And any weight you (and I mean you) feel uncomfortable with will stay off
some work, but in different ways.
went to my local health store - they gave me a pill to take every 6hrs and i ended up losing a stone - just speek to ur health store - it comes in a pink tub and they are about £40 for a months supply.
I tried so many in the past but the ones that I say that I lost the most weight is Adipex I dropped 60 pounds from them the only thing is that they have alot of side effects until your body gets use to them and they require a prescription from a doctor
You don't need fancy diet pills. Just cut your calorie intake and do exercise.. that works
There's no proof that they work, if they did i'm pretty sure there'd be no overweight people in the world if it was that easy to lose weight just by taking pills!
Personally, i think they are nothing more than a placebo. If you THINK you're losing weight by taking them it will boost your morale and make you try harder, so you enivitably will lose some weight. But you can do that anyway without paying out for diet pills
I have taken Ripped Fuel, Hydroxycut, Rapid Slim Sx, and a few others I cant remember. All while eating right and exercising, Right now I am taking Lipo 6 and so far it seems to be the best with immediate results and also doesnt make me feel jittery or wound up. With any diet pill you DO have to exercise...
please dont use diet pills!
they are highly addictive and also very bad for your stomach and your body in general!
a healthy diet is a far better option!
good luck
xx
my sister took metabolife for like 2 years. she lost like 30 lbs and was only about 160 lbs to begin with. it was kinda like she had no fat on her body though...and they made her really mean too...i wouldn't advise you to take any of these pills. they can be really dangerous.
Diet pills is what finally worked for me. I took Meridia and lost 65 pounds. It is prescribed by a doc. I did start excercising also, but not religously. My sister started the new Alli that just came out and has lost 14 lbs so far, but watch out for the treatment effects!
there are many products that pledge losing weight ,but doesnt all work...you should try losing weight in the old way. exercising and doing diets!I know that you probably dont like that way,but that 's the best..
Make sure you exercise when taking them even if they say you don't need to, you will get better results and eat small amounts of good healthy snacks. Sometimes they make you not want to eat at all and that can make you very weak. The Metabolite is a good one for fast results, but don't take more than the recommended dose or they can make you feel sick. Good luck!
Everyone say's diet pills aren't good for you...either is smoking or overeating or unprotected sex. Use your head when you use them. If they make your heart race stop using them. If your not sleeping don't take them everyday. Or take a half one the 2nd day. I am so sick of people telling people not to take diet pills. Especially when you work around food that's all you think about! I lost 20 pounds on Phentermine. Went to the Doctor atleast 8 times for other reasons while I was on them and had no racing heart beat or any side affects. I also started excersing and watched what I ate. Never got 2nd helpings at any meal. Also use a smaller plate when you load up. Just use your head when you use them, if your jittery or have any side effects, stop using them.
I've lost 16 pounds so far on phentermine in around two months. They motivate you but its really all got to do with what you put on your plate. Starving yourself really isn't the answer - I've learnt the hard way by doing that that - your metabolism slows down and you lose very little. I eat about 5 /6 small meals a day now and it works and the tablets make me feel less hungry which helps. Make sure if you are going to get slimming pills you get them perscribed by your doc
