i dont think she would "get fat" if she stopped taking diet pills. As long as she knows what she is doing and did her homework she will be fine. Everything in moderation. Tell her to read up on Lipovarin as I have used it with success.
Are these pills prescribed? If not, then have a talk with her, let her know the dangers of these pills, and if that doesn't work, have a talk with her parents of your girl friend, let them know your concerned about her.
