Have anybody tried Alli the diet pills?
Question:
Answer:
Yes, I've been on it for 4 weeks now. I LOVE it! I've lost 10lbs. It guides you to stay within your allowed fat grams per meal and if not you'll have side effects lol.
i hear its a good pill, a have a friend losing weight for the first time in years b/c of the drug.
Nope, but they are the ONLY diet pill approved by the FDA (which should tell you something). They warn to see a doctor before starting them, and they give you hints and tell you what you need to eat and how to exercise while on the pill.
If there were a magical pill that made you loose weight wouldn't everyone be thin? I think if you have exercise then you will loose the desired weight.
No, but my father is on them, and he's fine.
He takes them when he's supposed to, unless he knows he'll be eating more than the reccomended fat, like if we eat at fast food where everything's greasy.
I think he's lost 15 lbs since he started a month and a half ago??
Its either 15 or 13. Which is good.
Hope that helped!
Alli is a complete waste of money. If anyone ever read the warnings or the info on their web site, nobody would take the stuff.
The reality is, in the manufacturer's own tests before they released the product, people who took Alli lost less than 1 lb a month more over the course of 12 months than people taking a placebo. You should just find out what the placebo was and go with that.

And to those people who say they know someone who lost weight using it, what do you think will happen when they stop using it? Or do they plan on taking it forever?
If you really want to lose weight permanently, you have to accept that you need to eat right and exercise and stop looking for magic pills. There are plenty of great programs you can follow that will give you real results and cost less than Alli. Check some out here:
