the problem with diet pills, is that as soon as you stop taking them your weight is going to come right back. many of the products that are out on the market help you to lose weight becuase they are stimulants and diuretics. you may as well take caffeen pills and your grandmas water pills. these 2 things can wreak havoc on your body. they can mess with your electrolyet balances, screw up your metabolism, and depress your immune system.
another problem with lossing that much weight so fast is that your only lossing water and lean muscle mass. when you lose your muscle mass this effects you in a few ways.
1) your lossing muscle instead of fat
2) by losing muscle mass, you impair your ability to burn fat. Your muscles are the main source when it comes to burning off that fat, your muscles are the oven.
you are better off losing the weight the way you put it on, slowly over time. it didn't take you a month to put on that 30 pound, and you shouldn't take it off that fast either.
