Do diet pills affect a woman's fertility?

I do not think most of the diet pills in the market today will have an effect on fertility...but check with your doctor before using any of them.there is the new FDA approved diet drug called Alli and it is a whole program for weight loss.it is supposed to be safe, and it should not affect fertility...if you want to lose weight before becoming pregnant, then it should be fine to take them beforehand ..
But, if you are trying to conceive right now, do not take any kind of diet pill!! If you get pregnant, It can cause all sorts of problems with the baby, and can possibly cause a miscarriage.i am not saying that it will cause problems, but it can and it is safer to not take anything like that if you are trying to get pregnant.
