I know what's not good!! I baught some slimquick extreme from GNC 2 days ago. The woman told me it was great and would work well in my weight loss goals. I am on my way back to return it today. All I did was sleep. I was so lasy and felt drained. Didn't even get to the gym this morning. So I'm sticking to my work outs, water, and healthy food choices.
