Alli Diet Pills?

Question:
Has anyone had good results with the diet pill Alli? If so what is the average wieght loss?

Answer:
Hi, so far I have lost 8 lbs in 5 weeks, so I consider it worth it. I blieve the average additional weight loss is 2 kg (4.4 lbs) more than other people using the same diet over 12 weeks.

You have to commit to the diet as well as remember to take the pills or it won't work. I would recommend using a pantyliner the first week to deal with the treatment effects.

Also, check out the Alli website, I have found the nutrition tracker very helpful.

I haven't tried it, but I do know that you need to be committed to the low fat diet. The pill binds to the fat you take in so that it doesn't get absorbed. If you go to McDonald's and get a cheeseburger - you will pay for it!! (Too much fat and you get the "runs")
