Are the claims true regarding Vazoslim, the new diet pill that "melts fat away"?

I really don't know of any "pill" that can "melt fat away" these companies have been making billions of dollars a year with their claims. I don't know why they aren't regulated better.
Everyone is born with so many fat cells, some people have more, some have less. The fat cells will swell if we eat fatty, or sweet foods, and they shrink if we don't it's basically this simple. Exercise also will shrink them down, as they get used as fuel. It gets complicated, but this is the simple version!
Pills don't work. I have ladies coming into my office daily who have tried it all, and the thing that does work is exercise, and watching the food intake. The output has to be more than the input, and then we're getting somewhere! There is no pill out there that will melt your fat away, sorry about that...
