Diet pills, which ones work to only lose weight slowly not all the sudden? And will be able to keep it off?

I have been looking up diet pills and came up with SomnaSlim PM, Zalestrim, and Ephemeral Quadra-P57, as good ones. Has anyone ever taken them? Or if you know of any better ones, I want to lose weight but not have it go right back one after i stop taking the pill, and no bad side effects, nothing like Alli, b/c man thats some bad sh*t. Any help that would be great.

I would be careful and make sure it is FDA approved at the very least. You don't want to be causing permanent damage to your organs and stuff since they don't ever know the long term effects...

u should try mega tee green tea tablets. i lost 10 pounds in a week. but u have to eat less and exercise for results. plus after the first week it helps cravings and gives u more energy during the day
The pills will only make you gain more weight in the end. Trust me - I have been there and done that, tried them all, and only lost weight temporarily and then gained back even more than I lost. I have an unfinished bottle of HOODIA with GREEN TEA sitting right on the self next to me.
The only thing that worked for me was re-regulating my diet. No coffee, nothing with caffine in it, nothing that was labeled "DIET" or "REDUCED FAT", everything that was all natural, and I drink 2 to 3 glasses of whole milk every day, and almost no soda.
What I found was the stuff labeled DIET prevented my body from getting rid of the permanent fat, the stuff labeled REDUCED FAT or SKIM also blocked my body from burning the fat on it - because the process to burn fat requires the fat they cut out in the REDUCED or SKIM products!
