I would not recommend taking diet pills nor supplements. They are loaded with caffeine which only increases your heart rate and lead to dehydration. The only proper way to lose weight is a very sensible diet loaded with whole grains, Vegetables, very lean meats and moderate to low amounts of fruit. A sensible diet in conjunction with exercise is the way to go. I would do at least 30 minutes to 45 minutes of cardio 5 days per week with strength training mixed in 3 times per week for optimal results because muscles burns fat. Also keep in mind you cannot spot reduce any area of your body you must work the entire body in order to lose the amount of weight you want to lose.
I tried NV and it made me so dizzy after one week that I stopped. I lost nothing...I actually gained a bit of water weight.
Your only going to lose weight with either diet or exercise or both. Most people have diet problems and give in to their cravings. I must applaud Acomplia, aka Rimonabant because it really does curb your food cravings which is half the dieting battle. You can read more at http://www.4rx.biz

Most important thing you can do is this:
1-eat every 2-3 hours (1-200 cal)--this speeds up your metabolism and keeps it moving. If you don't do this, your metabolism shuts down and stores fat.
2-eat only protein and vegetables....get your fiber from nuts. Do NOT have any fruit-it will take you out of ketosis (highest state of fat burning)..Have NO bread, pasta, carbs....again, your only carbs should be from nuts and veggies.
3--limit your dairy. Only cottage cheese and goats milk.
4--drink a minimum of 8 8 oz. glasses of water a day
5--limit caffeine--caffeine destabilized your blood sugars and causes you to eat.
6-- get to sleep no later than 10pm.your body rebuild itself between the hours of 10pm-6am..sleeping 11-7 isn't the same.
7--don't eat after a certain time of day....if you are hundry, have herbal tea or something light-1oo calories max.
8--cook in olive oil and make sure you don't over do on fats.
9--move your body-walk, exercise...do a minimum of 30 min. every day.
10--stay away from stress...stress releases a chemical that makes your body store fat.
My doctor taught me all of these things and I've lost 30 pounds in 2 months.

I have taken all kinds of diet pills and providing you are healthily in yourself I think you should be OK, I tryed Reductil and lost quite a bit in a short time but it is quite expensive, now I am taking a tablet called Venom not sure whats in it but really does curb the food cravings and I don't even feel like eating
unfortunaly there i sno magic pill that will help you just lose weight in your belly try jogging with your belly wrapped in saran wrap also do situps that way it helps burn fat.
no, not at all! my friends sister started taking some kind of diet pills and (she weight before 150) and she lost 40 pounds in a 3 months and she started feeling weird after those pills and so she stopped talking them and after about 5months+ she ganined a 70 pounds. now shes getting treatment! that is so unhealthy! so i suggest that no one takes pills!
Dieting isn`t really all that hard if you do it the right way!! Start exercising everyday!! Try to exercise and have fun..like dancing to te songs on the radio. Eat less sugar, fat, and carbs. Make sure to eat leaner meats and more fruits and veggies!! If you do not eat past 6.then the weight will come off faster. I would say that you should NOT use any deit pills. If you think you need more help...go to a dietician!!
